When you contact us, request a demo, or onboard with STRIKE we collect the business and contact details you submit (name, company, email, phone) and basic usage analytics from this website (pages visited, device, referrer).
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver and operate the service you signed up for, improve the site, and send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.

By submitting a form, starting a chat, or otherwise contacting TradeIQ Systems LLC with your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from TradeIQ Systems LLC related to your inquiry, scheduled inspections, follow-ups, and service updates. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, and the integrations you connect). Each is bound by confidentiality and processes data on our instructions.

We retain account and operational records for as long as the relationship is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
