By accessing this site or using the STRIKE service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
TradeIQ Systems LLC provides revenue intelligence, automation, and operations tooling for contractors. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in your order or service agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you submit. You grant TradeIQ a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service. Our handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." Results depend on factors outside our control including your offer, market, and follow-through. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeIQ Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
